Data Collection

We only collect the minimum data necessary to provide our email analysis service. This includes your email address for authentication and the email metadata needed for analysis (sender, subject, date). We never store the content of your emails.

Read-Only Access

We use read-only access to your email account. We cannot and will not:

• Read your email content
• Send emails on your behalf
• Modify or delete your emails
• Access your contacts or calendar

Data Storage

We store only the analysis results (sender statistics, report data) and your authentication tokens. All data is encrypted and stored securely. You can request data deletion at any time.

With whom we share Google user data

We never sell or disclose Google user data to third parties for marketing or advertising. Your Google account email is only shared as follows:

• Payment processing: Your email address may be shared with our payment processor to link your payment to your account and for sending payment-related notifications, like reminders about unfinished payments. No other Gmail content or Google user data is ever shared.
• Service providers: We use trusted platforms such as Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (data storage). These providers may access data only as needed to operate our service, and are bound by confidentiality and security requirements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or government request.

Access to Google user data is restricted to authorized personnel and providers with a need for their role. We never use your Google data for advertising, nor do we share it except as described above.
