CleanMail provides email analysis services to help you identify and manage email clutter. Our service analyzes your email metadata to generate reports about your top senders and email patterns.

User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
  • Respect the privacy of other users

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Privacy and Data Security

We collect only the minimum data needed to operate our service, such as your email address and metadata needed for analysis. We never store your email content and use read-only access to your email account. Data is only shared as required for payment processing, trusted service providers, or if required by law. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@clean-mail.me. We typically process deletion requests within 5–7 business days. Certain limited records (e.g., invoices or tax documents) may be retained as required by law, but operational data and analysis results are deleted.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

CleanMail is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
